Director

Adam leads the highly qualified team at Metro Steel Services. With over 25 years of experience in Australia and the UK, he ensures his team excels in stainless steel fabrication. Adam is dedicated to maintaining high standards and about manufacturing diverse custom stainless steel products. He thrives on transforming clients’ ideas into reality and takes pride in delivering satisfaction.

DANIEL PARTRIDGE

Director/Service Manager

Daniel has been in the stainless steel fabrication trade for 27 years, working in the UK and Australia, making him a valuable team member with a wealth of experience and knowledge. Daniel manages our service and maintenance department for our large commercial clients.

LEE HANSORD

Operations Manager

Lee is our Operations Manager who manages the day to day operations of Metro Steel Services. His experience in design, project management and administration ensures the smooth running of the team in the workshop and office.

GRAEME BLACKIE

Senior Tradesman / Estimator

Graeme is responsible for working with Metro Steel Services clients on manufacturing stainless steel custom products and project estimation. With over 30 years of experience in the stainless steel industry, estimating, fabrication and site work he has a diverse amount of knowledge to offer.

EOGHAN POLLARD

Project Manager

Eoghan has been involved in the hospitality industry for over 14 years. His experience in design, consultancy, drafting, project specification, procurement, as an installer and also project management are all valuable attributes to bring to the Metro Team.

CLAIRE FOSSILO

Accounts/HR Coordinator

Claire is the Metro Steel Services client contact for all accounts from payables to receivables and payroll, her good communication and outstanding organisational skills are a huge asset. Claire is also our Human Resources Coordinator who prepares contracts and onboards new staff members.

ANDREA RICHARDS

Administration/Purchasing

With over 25 years experience in administration, Andrea is the one that keeps the Metro Steel Services workshop and office ticking. Andrea is our Lean Fabrication Champion who keeps abreast of all improvements going through our office and workshop. She is also our procurement officer, making sure materials are sourced and delivered on time for projects.

BEN ZAWAL

Workshop Foreman

Ben has over 20 years of experience in the stainless steel fabrication industry. As the Workshop Foreman, he oversees all projects from the moment they reach the workshop floor through to completion, ensuring every job meets MSS standards and is delivered on time.

Ben is an integral member of the MSS team, valued for his strong communication and organisational skills.

DAMIAN PITCHES

Senior Draftsman

Damian brings over 22 years of drafting experience and is highly proficient in SolidWorks, specialising in the creation of detailed 3D models. His experience enables him to identify and resolve potential design issues early, ensuring a smoother production process.

In addition, Damian produces precise laser cutting patters, helping the Metro Steel Services team maximise material efficiency and minimise waste.

PABLO ALAVILA

Industrial Designer

Pablo is an Industrial Designer from Argentina. He likes to follow the design process down to the finer details and see how the final product materializes, while sharing thoughts and ideas with the Team.

Being a former Laser Programmer & Operator, Pablo has a great understanding of production from start to finish always ensuring quality throughout every process.

MARK-AARON VAN DEN BERGH

Junior Draftsman

Mark is a hands-on designer with a passion for building and problem-solving. With a background in industrial and product design, Mark enjoys taking ideas from concept through to working prototypes using tools like SolidWorks and Fusion 360.

He has worked both in technical and leadership roles, which has given Mark a balanced approach to design—combining creativity with practical decision-making. Whether it’s designing high-pressure rockets or reverse engineering mechanical systems, Mark is focused on how things work and how they can be improved.

JOE VENUS

Tradesman

Joe has 15+ years of experience in stainless steel fabrication.

He originally completed work experience in the plumbing industry but quickly changed his path and completed his apprenticeship in Certificate III in Engineering. He is a competent worker and enjoys fabricating various custom projects in the workshop.

ZHANE ROBERTSON

Tradesman

Zhane completed his Cert III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (Light YC) apprenticeship with Metro Steel Services a couple of years ago.

He is now our site installer for all of our service projects and can also be found fabricating in the workshop when required.

PERCY PANGILINAN

Tradesman

Percy joins our team with over 10 years experience in the stainless steel fabrication industry.

Percy enjoys the autonomy of his position within the MSS Team, creating custom items for our Clients.

NICK GILES

Tradesman

Nick is a stainless steel fabricator with over five years’ experience, working both in the workshop and out on site. He’s trade qualified with a Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication and has worked on high-end residential homes across the Perth metro area.

Nick takes pride in his work and delivers quality results on time.

CALEB FARMER

Tradesman

Caleb has recently completed his apprenticeship in Cert III Engineering – Fabrication Trade (Light YC).

Caleb brought his on-site experience as a labourer to our team, he is a multi-tasker helping out wherever required from the workshop floor operating the plasma machine to deburring and pressing, he also helps out on site with installs for our Service Team.

KIERAN BYRNE

Machine Operator

Kieran brings over 15 years of experience in manufacturing facilities and extensive knowledge in operating a wide range of machinery.

He is the primary operator of our new press brake machine and plays a key role in ensuring its efficient operation. Kieran’s versatile skill set allows him to support all areas of our production, making him a valuable asset to the team.

DAVID GAMBA

Machine Operator

David has recently joined the MSS team as a Machine Operator. He brings with him over 10 years of experience in warehouse operations, including extensive forklift operation, and five years as a 2IC in a tools and equipment warehouse.

At MSS, David is the primary operator of the deburring machine and is also responsible for managing incoming deliveries, ensuring materials are received and processed efficiently.

JOSH CHODOROWSKI

4th Year Apprentice

Josh is currently in his fourth year of an apprenticeship in Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (Light YC) with Metro Steel Services.

He has developed strong practical skills in metal fabrication and engineering processes, complemented by previous experience as both a delivery driver and a labourer. Josh brings reliability, a strong work ethic, and hands-on trade experience to every project he undertakes.

CAI KELLY-SPENCER

3rd Year Apprentice

Cai is our third-year apprentice currently completing a Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (Light YC) through Metro Steel Services.

Cai is a multi-tasker who is gaining hands-on experience across all areas of the stainless steel fabrication industry. His dedication to learning and developing new skills makes him a valued member of the team.

CAMPBELL BUTCHER

2nd Year Apprentice

Campbell successfully completed his work placement for his pre-apprenticeship in our workshop. During this time, he demonstrated a strong work ethic, practical skills, and a keen interest in engineering and fabrication.

He has completed both the Certificate II in Engineering Pathways and the Certificate II in Engineering (Heavy Steel Fabrication) Pre-Apprenticeship. Campbell is now continuing his training, undertaking the Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (Light YC).
