Adam is passionate about custom stainless steel fabrication and enjoys working closely with clients to bring their ideas to life. From concept through to completion, he takes pride in delivering innovative, high-quality solutions. His hands-on leadership, extensive industry knowledge, and commitment to excellence have been instrumental in establishing MSS as a trusted name in the stainless steel fabrication industry.
DANIEL PARTRIDGE
Director/Service Manager
Daniel has over 27 years of experience in the stainless steel fabrication industry, having worked extensively in both the UK and Australia. His wealth of industry knowledge and hands-on experience make him a highly valued member of the MSS team.
As a Director of MSS, Daniel also manages our Service and Maintenance Department, overseeing maintenance and repair work for our large commercial clients. Known for his technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and commitment to customer service, he ensures every project is completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
LEE HANSORD
Operations Manager
Lee is the Operations Manager at Metro Steel Services, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business and ensuring everything runs smoothly across both the workshop and office.
With extensive experience in design, project management, and administration, Lee plays a vital role in coordinating projects, streamlining processes, and supporting the team to deliver exceptional results. His strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and practical approach help ensure every project is completed efficiently and to the high standards that MSS is known for.
GRAEME BLACKIE
Senior Tradesman / Estimator
Graeme is responsible for working closely with Metro Steel Services clients to develop custom stainless steel solutions and provide accurate project estimating. With over 30 years of experience in the stainless steel industry, he brings extensive expertise in estimating, fabrication, and on-site project work.
Graeme’s broad industry knowledge, practical experience, and commitment to delivering quality outcomes enable him to provide clients with practical advice and tailored solutions for projects of all sizes.
BEN ZAWAL
Project Manager
Ben has over 20 years of experience in the stainless steel fabrication industry. After many years on the workshop floor, he transitioned into project management, where he coordinates projects from start to finish, ensuring each job meets MSS’s high standards of quality and is delivered on time.
Ben is an integral member of the MSS team, known for his strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail. His extensive industry knowledge and commitment to delivering results make him a valued member of the MSS Team.
EOGHAN POLLARD
Project Manager
Eoghan has over 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry, bringing a diverse skill set across design, consultancy, drafting, project specification, procurement, installation, and project management. His broad industry knowledge and hands-on expertise make him a valuable asset to the Metro team, enabling him to deliver practical, well-informed solutions throughout every stage of a project.
CLAIRE FOSSILO
Accounts/HR Coordinator
Claire is the Metro Steel Services client contact for all accounts from payables to receivables and payroll, her good communication and outstanding organisational skills are a huge asset. Claire is also our Human Resources Coordinator who prepares contracts and onboards new staff members.
ANDREA RICHARDS
Administration/Purchasing
With over 25 years experience in administration, Andrea is the one that keeps the Metro Steel Services workshop and office ticking. Andrea is our Lean Fabrication Champion who keeps abreast of all improvements going through our office and workshop. She is also our procurement officer, making sure materials are sourced and delivered on time for projects.
DAMIAN PITCHES
Senior Draftsman
Damian brings over 22 years of drafting experience and is highly proficient in SolidWorks, specialising in the creation of detailed 3D models. His experience enables him to identify and resolve potential design issues early, ensuring a smoother production process.
In addition, Damian produces precise laser cutting patters, helping the Metro Steel Services team maximise material efficiency and minimise waste.
PABLO ALAVILA
Industrial Designer
Pablo is an Industrial Designer from Argentina. He likes to follow the design process down to the finer details and see how the final product materializes, while sharing thoughts and ideas with the Team.
Being a former Laser Programmer & Operator, Pablo has a great understanding of production from start to finish always ensuring quality throughout every process.
MARK-AARON VAN DEN BERGH
Junior Draftsman
Mark is a hands-on designer with a passion for building and problem-solving. With a background in industrial and product design, Mark enjoys taking ideas from concept through to working prototypes using tools like SolidWorks and Fusion 360.
He has worked both in technical and leadership roles, which has given Mark a balanced approach to design—combining creativity with practical decision-making. Whether it’s designing high-pressure rockets or reverse engineering mechanical systems, Mark is focused on how things work and how they can be improved.
JOE VENUS
Workshop Foreman
Joe has more than 15 years of experience in stainless steel fabrication.
A highly skilled and reliable fabricator, Joe enjoys creating a wide range of custom stainless steel projects and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship. His extensive experience and technical expertise have recently seen him promoted to the role of Workshop Foreman, where he oversees our tradesman while continuing to mentor and support the fabrication team.
